Eminem and Rihanna Filming 'Love the Way You Lie' Video

The rapper and the singer performed together in front of a burning house for a video shoot helmed by Joseph Kahn.

On July 21, Eminem and Rihanna teamed up in Los Angeles for video shoot of their duet track "Love the Way You Lie". In a picture obtained by RapRadar, the Slim Shady is seen sporting a casual white undershirt while the Barbadian singer is snapped wearing all-black-everything ensemble.

More set images from the Wednesday filming are out via On Location News. They all capture Rihanna performing in front of a burning house. Eminem was "later seen but not photographed" performing together with her on the same set.

The video shoot was done under direction from Joseph Kahn. The acclaimed music video director complained about paparazzi taking pictures during the filming. He reached out to Twitter to express his frustration, "Paparazzi stop trying to ruin my shots. Thank you."

Some of the onlookers even offered a favor to wash the director's car. Kahn wrote, "Some offered to wash my car on set and I got tingly. I think have autoturtlewaxopholia."

Before the on-set picture surfaced, rumor from E! Online suggested Megan Fox and Dominic Monaghan were tapped to make appearances. The Fox rumor was later denied, but there is still no word on the status of Monaghan on the video. So far, there hasn't been any evidence that the "Lost" actor has shot a scene for the clip.

"Love the Way You Lie" is taken from Eminem's latest studio album "Recovery". After being blocked for a while by Katy Perry with his summer anthem "California Gurls", the joint track finally reaches No. 1 on Billboard Hot 100.

Christina Aguilera's 'You Lost Me' Music Video Arrives in Full

he 'Bionic' singer can't take it anymore, singing in agony and pushing her lover away in this Anthony Mandler-directed music video.

Christina Aguilera's music video in support of her ballad track "You Lost Me" has hit the web. Directed by Anthony Mandler, the clip mostly highlights the 29-year-old singer in her devastated state as her romance is doomed. In one scene, she pushes her lover away when he tries to get close to her.

"From the first keys of the opening of the track, we know that we are about to watch something that is going to move and transform us," Mandler previously told PopEater. "In the end, we've traveled through Christina's world. One that is physical, mental and spiritually charged. Nothing is what it seems. Everything is fractured and evolving, falling away ... fragile."

"You Lost Me" is taken from Christina Aguilera's latest album "Bionic" which has been in stores since June this year.

Taylor Swift's New Album Due Oct. 25, New Single Slated for Aug. 16

The album is titled 'Speak Now' and contains songs that she wrote herself, while the single is called 'Mine' and talks about her 'tendency to run from love.'

Taylor Swift has revealed some details about her next studio installment. During a Ustream live chat Tuesday, July 20, the country music singer announced that the effort is titled "Speak Now" and will arrive worldwide on October 25. "It's called Speak Now, and that pertains to the album as a concept and as an entire theme of the record more than I can even tell you," she said during the chat which drew more than 58,000 viewers.

"I've been working on it for two years, so ever since we put out Fearless, I've been writing for this record and sort of conceptualizing it and putting it together in my head and sort of figuring out what I want it to be," she explained more. "I like to take a lot of time in between albums to work up the next one and see what it is."

The songs that made the cut to the album are the ones which she wrote herself. "I didn't have any co-writers, and it didn't really happen on purpose," she stated. "I'd get my best ideas at 3 A.M. in Arkansas when I didn't have any co-writers around, so I would just finish it." And the same thing also happened in New York, Boston and Nashville. She said, "It just so happened that the songs that made the cut on the album were the ones I wrote myself, so, wish me luck!"

On the things that inspired her, the 20-year-old beauty said it's her experience in the past two years post "Fearless". She shared, "I write everything that I live, so you got to give yourself a little bit of time to live a lot of things so you can write about a lot of things, and my only option is to write about what I've been through and what I've lived, so thankfully, in the past two years, I've experienced a lot of things that I've been dying to write about and a lot of things that I wanted to say in the moment that I didn't."

The first single called "Mine" is going to be released on August 16 and it's about her "tendency to run from love." The ex-girlfriend of Joe Jonas explained, "[It's] every really direct example of love that I've had in front of me has ended in goodbye and ended in breakups and things like that. So I think I've developed this pattern of running away when it comes time to fall in love and stay in a relationship."

"The song is sort of about finding the exception to that and finding someone who would make you believe in love and realize that it could work out, because I'm never ever going to go past hoping that love works out." Later in the chat, she also talked about filming "Mine" music video in a "gorgeous" location which she wishes to live there one day.

Another track which will be included in the upcoming release is titled "Sparks Fly". She said, "I played that song at one or two shows, and you guys really jumped on it and made it something I had to put on the album, because you guys really showed interest in it."

Lily Allen hesitates at crossroads of Fame

Lily Allen, the singer-turned-…um… entrepreneur(?) has allegedly decided to see less of her hip, London friends so she can better enjoy life with her boyfriend.

“She has deleted the numbers of her showbiz friends from her phone,” said a source. “Lily says she wants no part of the party stuff that goes with being in the public eye, and she wants to concentrate on starting a family. She believes the only way to start afresh is to cut all ties with her old showbiz mates.”

Meanwhile Lily’s mum Alison Owen has admitted she worried about her daughter being in the spotlight. "I was extremely proud of what she had achieved, but I felt scared for her, protective of her, jealous other people had a part of her,” said mum. "It felt as if she wasn't mine so much any more."

Allegedly the Not Fair singer is thinking of moving to Gloucestershire, to be closer to her aggressive and unpleasant father Keith. It would be a shame to lose Lily to the countryside because that would definitely mean no second series for Lily Allen And Friends. Come on BBC fat cats, that show was just starting to find its audience (single cell organisms and drunk people waiting for The Mint to come on).

Ke$ha talks about boys and stuff with Rihanna. Giggle

What is it about Ke$ha that makes her so damn hard to like? Is it the woefully disingenuous “party grrrl” image, dreamt up no doubt by a board room of cynical, middle-aged record executives? Is it the fact everything she says seems like the demented, try-hard ravings of a 14-year-old determined to prove to her friends that she’s “kooky” and “random”? We’ll never know.

At this point though, Ke$ha wants us to know how awesome it is being on tour with her best pal Rihanna. "We have slumber parties and pillow fights and we braid each other's hair a lot. We talk about boys, naked," said the singer. "Touring with Rihanna is incredible, you should come see it… It’s epic."

Can we put a moratorium on people using the word “epic” in this fashion? An epic is a story which deals with heroic characters on a grand, majestic scale. An epic is not slumber parties and pillow fights.

Lady Gaga: From Pop Deity To Human Being, One Reality Show At A Time

Bigger Than the Sound wonders: Is Gaga the most everyman pop star around?

By now, you are probably aware that Lady Gaga is an unstoppable moneymaking machine, an insatiable studio junkie, a high-ranking Polaroid executive, an honorary Hair Wars champion, a burgeoning fashion icon, the next Madonna, more popular than Barack Obama and quite possibly a member of the Illuminati.

But, chances are, you didn’t know that she’s also a big fan of A&E’s “Intervention.”

Or maybe you did. After all, she tweeted about it Tuesday, calling the show “informational, heartbreaking and inspiring.” And while the idea of Gaga sitting in a hotel room, hair done up in Diet Coke can curlers, cigarette sunglasses still smoldering on the bedside table, watching Allison huff duster (and subsequently walk on sunshine) is rather amazing, it’s also important too. Because it’s just another step in the latest chapter of her career: her continued transformation from otherworldly pop deity into an actual human being.

And perhaps I am reading entirely too much into one simple tweet about a phenomenally addictive reality show (about addiction), but now — more than at any point in her time in the spotlight — Gaga seems determined to be one of us. She chugs beer at baseball games (albeit while wearing a leather jacket and a bikini), crushes BBQ at Boston dive bars and spends her off-days in New York cooking for her dad, drinking and watching episodes of “Cops” (something she made a point of mentioning onstage at her tour kickoff in Montreal). She spoke openly and frankly about her ex-boyfriend in an interview with Rolling Stone, and her newest song — a piano ballad called “You and I” — seems to be very much about reconciling with him, in perhaps the most un-Gaga setting imaginable: a dark and dirty bar. (It’s also worth noting that the songs sounds a whole lot like a Billy Joel B-side, and who’s more everyman than the Piano Man?)

At this point, I don’t know what she could possibly do for an encore — maybe start Tivo-ing “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” or take on a disastrous adjustable-rate mortgage? — but the fact remains that right now, despite all her trappings, Gaga is probably the most openly human pop superstar on the planet (or at least the most open). Can you imagine any of her contemporaries — the BeyoncĂ©s and Britneys and Madonnas of the galaxy — giving the finger to photographers at a Mets game or slaving away in the kitchen? Of course not. Would any of them go to such great lengths to shed the veil of celebrity and seem so downright normal? Not in a million years. Lady Gaga has basically graduated to a whole new level now, one that’s either so far above — or so far below — anything anyone else has ever attempted that it seems positively groundbreaking: She is the cursing, drinking, red-meat-devouring deity. She is, in a sense, just like you or I.

But is any of it intentional? I’m not really sure. When I interviewed Gaga last year in San Diego, I asked her if she were “in character” all the time or if there were moments when she was just, you know, normal (i.e. When she went to the grocery store, did she wear those Alexander McQueen armadillo heels?). She responded, quite matter-of-factly, that Lady Gaga wasn’t a character; it was who she was, and that, if there was any kind of concept behind her career, it was — as she put it — to “create an atmosphere for my fans, where they don’t leave loving me, they leave loving themselves.”

So even back then, the template appeared to be in place. Gaga is not untouchable, she is not perfect — she’s not supposed to be. And while some might find the notion of their pop royalty slumming it down here with the rest of us rather uncouth, I for one find it rather admirable. It’s not careerist or calculated; it’s just Gaga being Gaga. And, I suspect, it’s just one of the many reasons her “little monsters” love her so.

And, if she wants to continue down her current path, might I suggest “Ochocinco: The Ultimate Catch,” currently airing on VH1? It’s waaay everyman.

Lady Gaga to Become the Face of a Tea Firm

Although there are many tea firms who want her to be the face of their drink, it is said that Twinings is the one which is mostly determined to bag a contract with the 'Alejandro' singer.
Lady Gaga is at the center of a bidding war by tea firms who want her to be the face of their drink. The "Alejandro" singer, who is well known for her love of the hot beverage, is reportedly being pursued by several major companies who want her to be their brand ambassador. So far, distinguished English firm Twinings is the most determined to bag the contract with the eccentric pop star.

They have made a multi-million pound offer to her management and have also instructed expert tea makers to invent a new oriental flavor especially for GaGa which they hope will appeal to her fans and younger drinkers around the globe. A source told The Sun newspaper, "Her management have received a load of offers from major tea companies but Twinings are the frontrunners."

"They want to launch a new tea with her face on it. Names like The Taste Of GaGa are being batted about. The idea is to have tasting sessions in which she would participate. The tasters are coming up with a tea with an oriental flavor. They want to market tea to a new, younger generation, particularly in America. GaGa is making drinking tea cool again."

The 24-year-old star, real name Stefani Germanotta, is often pictured sipping tea from her favorite cup and saucer set and rarely travels anywhere without it. She threw a huge tantrum last year when she lost the teacup. The "Poker Face" singer accidentally left the blue flowered cup at a restaurant in London's Metropolitan Hotel and sent a taxi on a 35 pounds round trip from her suite at Blakes Hotel to collect it.

A source said, "She kicked up a fuss and demanded someone get her cup and saucer back. She wouldn't drink out of anything else. It just looked like any other cup and saucer and said 'Made in China' on the bottom. It seemed a lot of fuss over nothing."

Katy & Russell 'Fight All The Time'

'Friends' of the couple claim they are constantly Hot N Cold...

Katy Perry and Russell Brand reportedly already fight like 'an old married couple' despite not even getting hitched yet.

Friends close to the California Gurls singer claim the couple, who are set to wed later this year, may look cosy in photos - but behind closed doors they are always bickering.

A pal of Katy told NYDailyNews.com: "They fight and make-up constantly," while another insider stated stated: "it will not work out."

The source claims that cracks starting emerging in their relationship when Perry took Brand as her date to a close friend's wedding where the Get Him To The Greek actor, who doesn't drink, frowned upon Katy's partying.

The mole revealed: "[Russell] got angry with Katy because he thought she had drunk too much. Perry ended up staying with a friend who has a place in N.Y.C. and Brand went back to the couple’s hotel room alone."

Meanwhile, the I Kissed A Girl hit maker is also said to have problems with ex-lothario Russell's womanising ways with the source stating: "There have always been fights about other women − despite Russell talking about how much he loves Katy all the time,"

The insider claims that shortly before last month's MTV Movie Awards, the couple had a huge bust-up after Katy accused Russell of being unfaithful - causing the couple to arrive at the event separately and sit away from each other.

Perry's 'friend' added: "Katy suspected [Russell] of cheating and it wasn’t the first time, it's a cycle."

Pink Hospitalized After Falling in Concert

Pink suffered a painful fall onstage at a concert last night in Germany. While suspended in a harness, the star fell onto a steel barricade, ending the show.

She will be alright, as she Tweeted from the ambulance (that's dedication for you): "to all my nurnberg fans... I am embarassed and I am very sorry."

"I'm in ambulance now but I will b fine."

The singer explained how it all happened and how she got banged up: "didn't get clipped in2 harness correctly, drug me off stage, fell in2 barricade"

Pink's high-wire act nearly met disaster last night.

Again, she'll make it through this: "nothings broken, no fluid in the lungs, just seriously sore. I made that barricade my b*tch!!!" Thanx nurnberg :( "

Her husband, Carey Hart, added that she was "already out of the hospital" and "all good. Just got the s*** kicked out of her by the barrier."

Barriers have been known to win such battles most of the time. Get well soon, Pink! Follow the jump for a video of the mishap in Germany ...

'Inception' Director Christopher Nolan Reveals His 'Star Wars' Inspiration

'I want to try and give somebody in the audience the experience I had watching that film,' he said.

The demented memory flipbook that is "Memento," the noir-ish freakery of Gotham City in "The Dark Knight," the intricately woven, epically scaled "Inception" — all this can be traced back to a formative experience director Christopher Nolan had at the cinema in 1977.

Seven years old at the time, Nolan took in a screening of "Star Wars." Nothing was ever the same.

"That completely changed movies for me," he told MTV News. "It changed everything, really."

Nolan had never seen a film that was so, well, intricately woven and epically scaled as George Lucas' space odyssey. "It created a world that lived on in your mind after you saw the film and seemed to have this limitless potential," he said.

And, as Nolan explains it over three decades later, he's made a career out of trying to instill a similar sense of wonderment for ticket buyers.

"I think, for me, my whole career in making films, really every time I set out to make a film, I want to try and give somebody in the audience the experience I had watching that film, where it really felt like anything was possible in that world," he said. "That's a really extraordinary experience to have as a moviegoer."

Nolan started out small, shooting "Following" on a shoestring budget with a bunch of friends. He graduated to "Memento," gaining some financial backing and the talents of professional actors. Eventually, Warner Bros. handed him the task of resurrecting the dormant "Batman" franchise. After delivering two blockbuster takes on the Caped Crusader, the studio basically gave Nolan a pile of cash and carte blanche to make a movie he'd been dreaming about for 10 years: "Inception."

As with all his earlier films, Nolan set out to deliver an experience that would create a world that lived on in the minds of moviegoers, that seemed to have limitless potential.

"I think that's the highest aspiration of the Hollywood blockbuster," he said.

Hannah Montana Sneak Peek: The Final Season

Ready to enter an alternate universe?

Given the extreme makeover Miley Cyrus has undergone over the past couple months, it's jarring to remember that she still plays Hannah Montana on television.

In fact, that show will air the first episode of its final season tomorrow night. It finds the Stewarts moving into a new ranch home and we've posted a sneak peek at the premiere below.

Miley is front and center, but there are no same-sex kisses, no gyrating of the crotch and no torn-up, low-cut, ridiculous outfits to be seen...

Cyrus has gone out of her way to say she wants to shed this innocent image, but she really might wanna think twice about that.

After all, her new album sales have been abysmal. She may have to accept the fact that most fans want to see her as looks here, not as some Britney Spears wannabe:

Adam Lambert Has Rock Star Arms

"American Idol" star Adam Lambert performed and did a radio interview at 107.5 The River in Nashvillethis week, and we think he needs to work out a little bit. He's proud of his new tattoo, but he needs to bulk up those arms, don't you think?

Adam put himself in the running as a replacement for Simon Cowell on the hit singing competition, but it doesn't seem like anyone is backing him up. Simon told OK! magazine, "I wouldn't be surprised if it was Harry Connick, Jr. He was a great mentor when he was on, and he knows music."

Kara DioGuardi is also supporting Harry as a new judge. She explained, "The way that he worked with the contestants, he really cared about them. I thought he was really, really great."

Lindsay Lohan in Jail: No Cigarettes = Big Problem!

Lindsay Lohan's close friends are concerned about her going to jail.

Not on moral grounds or anything like that. They're just worried the train wreck won't survive a day without the one thing she can't live without ... cigarettes.

Lohan is likely to do time at the same all-female facility where Paris Hilton was locked up in '07, and the place has a serious zero tolerance no-smoking policy.

Bad news for Lindsay.

She's a "serious chain-smoker," blowing through at least two packs a day. "The first thing she does when she wakes up is light a cigarette," a friend says.

SMOKED: Lindsay Lohan must surrender July 20 to begin her 90-day jail sentence. Maybe she can draft up a legal manifesto to score some cigarettes in the slammer?

The source adds, "I'm honestly scared for [Lindsay] ... I don't think she's gone a day without smoking in years. This isn't something she can stop overnight."

"It's a serious condition."

We'd feel bad, except had she not displayed the worst possible attitude, acting like a spoiled brat who is somehow above the law, while flat-out ignoring very reasonable probation terms, she'd be free to smoke all day on the outside.

Just saying. It's her fault.

The upside is that if she goes to the Lynwood facility July 20, as expected, it could actually lead to her kicking the habit, if she's willing to put in the effort.

Don't hold your breath.

Lady Gaga’s Insurance Company Wants Nothing To Do With Her

Bosses at Lady Gaga’s insurance company have filed court documents in New York distancing themselves from the singer’s legal battle with a former producer - to ensure they aren’t liable for damages if she loses the case.

Rob Fusari, Gaga’s former mentor and ex-boyfriend, is suing the star for $35 million, claiming he helped his former lover come up with her stage name and played a key part in landing her a record deal with Interscope.

Fusari maintains he held a 20 per cent share in his company with Gaga, Team Love Child LLC, and argues she failed to adequately compensate him for his shares in the firm once she gained worldwide recognition.

The “Poker Face” hitmaker has hit back with a countersuit, accusing Fusari of taking advantage of her naivety as a wannabe pop star.

Now executives at her insurers Navigators Speciality Insurance Company have waded into the lawsuit. Lawyers representing the firm filed a motion in court on Thursday asking the presiding judge to issue a declaratory judgment because Gaga’s policy does not cover breach of contract claims, reports TMZ.com.

The legal papers state Gaga’s policy only pays for “an act or omission including personal injury in the performance of professional services.”
